At TDY, we use an internet based on-boarding to process your new hire paperwork. You will need a government issued picture I.D. and Social Security Card. Additionally you will need to have your BLS/ACLS (if applicable), PPD, transcripts when requested, Licenses (as required - MD, RN, PT, etc), other competencies/certifications required for your job.
