New Hires: 

At TDY, we use an internet based on-boarding to process your new hire paperwork.  You will need a government issued picture I.D. and Social Security Card.  Additionally you will need to have your BLS/ACLS (if applicable), PPD, transcripts when requested, Licenses (as required - MD, RN, PT, etc), other competencies/certifications required for your job.

  • Ensure your computer uses Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher OR Firefox 2.0 or higher.
  • Adobe 7.0 (Reader or Writer) is required.  If needed, please download the necessary version using the following link: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
  • Please do not use any characters when entering your Social Security Number, phone number or birth date. 
  • Once you have completed the I-9, you will be prompted to print the form.  In order to move on to the next step, you must click "Print."  Once you have clicked print, you will be able to move forward and complete the rest of the new hire packet (W-4 form, etc.)
  • You will be prompted to download the Oasis Core Handbook.  Please click "download" in order to move forward.  You can save the handbook on your desktop or print it for future reference.
  • Please write down your Verification Token once you have you completed the new hire process.  This is your confirmation number.
