New Hires: Internet-Based Onboarding
What you will need
At TDY, we use an internet‑based on‑boarding system to process your new hire paperwork. You will need:
- Government‑issued picture I.D. and Social Security Card
- BLS/ACLS (if applicable)
- PPD
- Transcripts when requested
- Licenses (as required – MD, RN, PT, etc.)
- Other competencies/certifications required for your job
Oasis Onboard – you will be given instructions on how to access this site.
Oasis/Paychex Onboarding
- Adobe 7.0 (Reader or Writer) is required. If needed, download using:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/
- Do not use any characters when entering your Social Security Number, phone number or birth date.
- Once you have completed the I‑9, you must click “Print” to move on to the next step.
- You will be prompted to download the Oasis Core Handbook – click “download” to continue, then save or print for reference.
- Write down your Verification Token once you have completed the new hire process. This is your confirmation number.
Agency Specific Paperwork
VA background & cyber requirements
Dept of Veterans Affairs – If you have been selected for assignment with the VA you will need to fill out the forms below. This is a federal government background separate from the background TDY performed.
